Loren Mary does NOT accept returns. All sales are final.

All orders are subject to fraud risk analysis.

Loren Mary is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.

By purchasing from Loren Mary LLC you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:  

• You have read the product description and understand the product that you are purchasing.
• You understand and agree to our refund policy.  
• You understand that once an order is submitted, changes or cancellations can not be made (including item changes, shipping address changes, etc).

If you receive a product that is defective you may contact us within 7 calendar days from the date of purchases. Product must be returned to us for determination of defects. If so we will exchange the product or issue a refund.
