Shipping

We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 1-2 days for your Loren Mary order to ship out and 4-5 days to deliver, for your Apparel and other orders please allow 3-4 days for production time. Average delivery times are 5-10 days.

Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business days, please visit our Contact page and write to us.

 Exchange

1) Exchange is possible only within 7 days from the date of delivery. Exchanges are possible once for any given order.

2) The garment should be fresh with the price tags intact.

3) The address to which the garment has to be sent for exchange : Loren Mary

4) Refunds will not be possible.

5) Loren Mary will not bear any courier charges for exchange.
